OMG OMG OMG... That had to be said. Here's the deal: Supernatural is an awesome, fantastic show. Sci-fi, horror movie based show. Two guys (brothers) traveling the country in their very hot '67 Chevy Impala, smoking demons, evil spirits, wendigos... basically, your super sci-fi bad guy stuff. It's a brilliant show. Those who have watched it, know. Here's the issue: Mike Kripke (the show's creator) has be quoted in a recent article saying that there is only a 50/50 chance of a third season. Yes, we're already into the second season. In any case, he said having 500,000 to 1,000,000 more viewers would be a beautiful thing. Now... here in Canada, Supernatural comes on Fridays and Saturdays on Space. So I guess we don't have any affect on the ratings for Thursday night in the States. But that doesn't matter. We need to save this show. I'm not saying it's going down in flames. I just don't want it to "Firefly" off the air. There's an lj community to join... call it a coordinated effort. Generally, it's about writing emails, postcards etc to various mags each month in the effort to get a cover story done on the show and to boost ratings. Here's the site for the community: community.livejournal.com/promote_spn/Listen, I've told most of you how awesome this show is. It has something for everyone. I'll be bringing my season 1 discs to W'EMAS. Possibly while you're waiting your turn for the Wii, you can watch a bit of the show.

Yeah it would be awful for yet another great sci fi show to go off the air. I'll have to check it out tomorrow with everyone else. I miss Firefly, and Serenity was not enough to stave off the cravings haha.
