Just like to say hello to everyone...
erm...who am I? (Hears Les Mis music) I am Mark Kalzer... erm, a friend to some of you here, some of whom I've met, (And by that I mean, one of you I've met, being Jenn.) others recognize me from certain Buffy/Angel quotes in my MSN name...and others I have just heard about in hearsay over MSN.
So yeah, I'm not actually at MUN, in fact, I'm all the way in Ontario, about to finish my degree at Carleton in Ottawa. Just consider me a member most at large. Was welcomed into this community and decided to join what will surely grow to become the largest geek society this planet has ever seen.

My name is Leslie, Lez, or 'that girl talking to Jen while she sits on the deep fridge.'
I like stuff. ;D
I'll try just about anything once, twice if I'm drunk, and thus have been introduced to many a geeky thing by Jennie over the years.
I like to paint, read, gaze at the stars like an idiot, watch campfires, watch movies, obsess about stuff/plan things, and kick Ryan's ass in Soul Caliber. Muahaha!
*le gasp* JENNIE!! There is no green smiley dude!! Whatever will I do?!
PS. My 'n' key sticks sometimes, and I don't always catch it... Just thought I'd say.
PPS. Jen, there's a spell check on this board, hon.

I'm Mike. I guess if you look past my dashing good looks and splendid social skills (and my ego ), I'm totally a geek at heart. I'm going into my fourth year of my Biology degree at MUN, which is how I know Jen. Hopefully if all goes well, I will be graduating (with her) in April. I really enjoy computers and video games, which is probably my geekiest trait. My computer is totally decked out, It has more power than God and I love it more than my parents. I also hold the crown for being the best at DDR in Newfoundland. That's pretty geeky if you ask me.

And I suck at spelling. You may notice other mods correcting my posts and making smartass remarks about it. I'd be one of those spelling chekers...and the smartass The one and only game that you can. SO...my name is Ryan, however my usual screen name is Cyberdark. I'm the Burin Peninsula Correspondant for the GEEKsoc, meaning f*#k all really. Some of you may have seen the posters for last years Winter-een-mas event. All my doing, which pretty much gives you my talents there, other than kicking Leslie's ass at every other video game in the universe. Other than that, I basically drive Jen and Leslie around every night, play DS on the parking lot, or sit in my awesome bedroom and watch 4 different channels of TV at the same time while surfing the net and getting seizures from my many lights. And whenever my ADD gets tired for a while I work on my car. And that pretty much sums it up......... SQUIRREL!!!!

I should have said most of the CG posters. Jen may have made a few CG posters, and Leslie did all of the hand drawn/colored posters. All of mine were alike. I'll post a link to them when I find one. Sorry Leslie.

Well, I suppose as VP ext I should do an intro as well...
My name's Rebecca, I'm VP ext for GeekSoc. Currently doing biology at MUN, will *pray God* graduate with honours next April, after which *again pray God* I will be on my way to med school. About every month, month and a half, I develop a new obsession (currently it is Supernatural) hence I am a geek of many things. It also means I am the Queen of Indecision.
List of current obsessions: Biology (particularly endocrinology), LotR, Firefly, CSI, House, various sci-fi shows (can we say TNG or Buffy? Oh, or Stargate-Atlantis?), all languages, and of course Supernatural (mmmm, Dean and Sam)...

Hey, guys. I'm Katie, I'm a history/English student at MUN, and I obsess over anything and everything. Seriously! You name it, I love it. Or probably like it. I'm a hardcore bookworm and trivia fiend, among other things. My mother loves Firefly and Buffy, and my father knows the Silmarillion pretty much by heart; they met in when they joined the same D&D campaign. My geeky fate was sealed! Anyway. Nice to meet you guys. You seem like fun.

Hi, I'm Matt. I'm a recent B.Sc of Pure Mathematics graduate at MUN, and am currently working on more prerequisite accounting courses for the professional program at the Atlantic School for Chartered Accounting. I also work part-time at Pet City.
Some of you may recall my previous incarnation on the Winter-Een-Mas 2006 forum as DK. I also attended the eponymous event, bringing along... well, a bunch of stuff. I spent 90% of the event in front of the Gamecube table, wearing a Nintendo shirt. Go figure. I had a ton of fun, and highly recommend it.
Among my geeky interests are mathematics (yes, I enjoy math!), console video games (particularly Nintendo; I'm so excited about November 19, I could scream), table top RPGs (primarily D&D3.5E, but I'll be participating in a Shadowrun4E game soon), play-by-post RPGs (currently playing two characters in one D&D campaign), the adventure game genre (Monkey Island, King's Quest, etc.), video game music/remixes (OCRemix, VGMix, Dwelling of Duels, etc.), cartoons, science fiction and fantasy literature, the Discovery Channel, online comics, and lots of others that I've probably forgotten.
So, yeah, good times. I spend very little time on campus, as half of my courses are by distance, so I'm online quite a bit. I hope to attend next week's gaming night. See you all around!

Hey guys. I'm Blaine Morry. Originally from Stephenville, but now I live in Coughlan residence on campus (Of which I am now the 3rd floor RA ). I'm currently in term 1 of engineering at MUN, and have only 5 more years (including this one as it's still early) left until I finish my degree >_> Anyway, I enjoy anime (I encode the stuff sometimes. A neat little skill learned from my older brother), movies, video games, fan fics, health and general fitness (as many know), and physics (yes I actually like physics )
